“I have been working with Prime Hardwood Floors for over two years. They do all my hardwood floors work in all of my 21 properties. They have a high level of customer service. Asaf is amazing with all customers. Their prices are unbeatable. They go out of their way to meet the customer's needs. They are able to restore floors that are in a very bad and beat up shape. They leave the floors as new. You can never tell if the floors were old or damage. I highly recommend them.”

They have a great supply of hardwood, composites, tile, stone and flooring unsurpassed in the Conejo Valley. They also have some unusual and exotic materials that I have not found anywhere else locally or otherwise. Pictured is a table I built with some reclaimed wood that I found at CH&S. “What a stunning showroom. These guys really know how to put it together. Late wall size samples. Gorgeous floors throughout an unique choices. They have a custom floor table that looks like a bar! Checkout the custom tiles, and the pearlescent wood flooring stains. I'm not as adventurous with my floor so I chose a grey wash with a light look of a reclaimed floor though they ha plenty to choose from. Love love love this place...”
