“We just had our whole upper level done in hardwood, full oak staircase, baseboards and trim work done throughout the house, Queens is top notch the results were perfect ! We thank them for their professional demeanour and precision craftsmanship! They came in and seven days later the work was complete. We made several changes as the work was progressing and the guys accommodated us with absolutely no questions asked .... Whatever we threw their way they did it !!!! Absolute pleasure to deal with! “From asking the right questions in his showroom, to narrowing down our optimum flooring choices, to providing a professional installation crew, Ben at Floors Direct North was the consummate contractor. We were encouraged to take samples home to see them in our home's lighting. His estimate was within our budget and he worked with us to book the work to our schedule. The installers showed up when promised and were friendly, conscientious and hard working. Any difficulties (like the nosing to be installed at the basement stairs wouldn't work without some tricky alterations) were brought to our attention and discussed to resolve to our satisfaction. The cleanup was spotless at the end of each day. Our new wood floors are so awesome it will be difficult to put the furniture back! We couldn't be happier.”

“I highly recommend Ralph and his team for any tile installation his team installed new flooring in my kitchen and powder room and I also had them complete the backsplash in my powder room . I am a very picky individual when it comes to my home and without reservation I would highly recommend focus on flooring , I have had so many good and bad experiences with different companies and I am glad that I can say from my own personal experience I could not find anything wrong with the job . His team we’re on time and Came to work Ready. Trust me if you are super picky and find mistakes with every little thing in your home, I suggest you hire this company for your next job . No headaches and reasonably priced . In my opinion renovations are always very stressful there is nothing worse than working with a company that is either lazy or comes to work unprepared , which is the complete opposite I focus on Flooring !! Thank you Ralph for making my home look beautiful !”
