“We didn't end up hiring John Canty, but we probably should have! Our house is in need of a full gut job. John was very helpful and knowledgeable when he came in to look at our house. We ended up hiring another contractor, who we have since fired, because he worked with a friend a friend of ours. We should have known that you need to mesh with your GC and create good communication lines with them -- we learned quickly that just because a GC worked well with someone you know, it doesn't mean they'll work well with you! John was very upfront and honest about the costs and quality of the job we'd get, and we should have trusted our gut instinct to hire him! It's been 4 months and we're still waiting to get started on our house.”

The owner and principle designer, Franjo is a wealth of information and talent. His design ideas absolutely made the project go from good to spectacular. My kitchen is relatively big so I needed two different sets of cabinets -- natural wood and painted, and both of them came out looking and feeling beautiful.
