I have a background in construction and I have very high-standards in terms of workmanship and quality of product... I can honestly say that working with Arden and his customer focused team of professional design, fabrication, installation and sub-trades has been one of the most pleasant, on time and on budget home renovation projects I have ever undertaken. “We purchased a bathroom vanity from Lowes last year and only opened it from packaging recently for our installers to put it in. Unfortunately a couple doors on the vanity had a scratch and were bent and Lowe’s (where we purchased from) wasn’t able to do anything for us but they told us to contact the Cutler Group. We explained our unique situation to Sukhi who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She arranged for 2 new doors for us at no charge and we were able to pick them up. Aside from having a great experience dealing with Sukhi, we had a sneak peek at the manufacturing/showroom side of the headquarters and it was as massive as it was pristine. The employees all seem very content to work there and everyone was very friendly, which is quite a rare thing to find nowadays. Thank you guys for your top notch service and courtesy!”

“JH was a great choice for us! We had several visits to their showroom and they were always willing to review even the smallest details with us and always with a smile. The date for installation that was promised was exactly the date that it was installed. The team was very clean and respectful and the results were exactly what we were hoping for. We had some small issues that they addressed very quickly. We would have no problem to recommend them. Great job.”

“Ordered the pro series 3.0 garage shelving system in white for a craft room. I absolutely love these shelves, they give me lots of drawers for organization, was easy to install, and looks amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a well made high quality organization solution. I got soft close drawers and doors, under cabinet lighting, and beautiful bamboo work tops included with this system when all of those would be a costly upgrade with normal wood cabinets.”

“We had Simon work with us on creating a custom barn board wall with built in cabinets, fireplace and floating shelves. Simon is very knowledgeable and professional. He worked within our budget and presented a digital image of the project and worked with us through many details over a few weeks. We had a few hiccups with the installation that prolonged the project over the expected timeline; however, we would rather have it take longer and get it done right than have it rushed and not completed to our satisfaction. Simon was always available throughout the whole process to address any of our concerns and ensured us that our satisfaction was a priority for him as well. The unit looks fantastic! We are very happy with it. We would have given a 4.5 stars but this site doesn't allow 0.5 stars. We would definitely recommend Tacoma Woodworks and would not hesitate to hire them for any future projects.”

“Heritage Kitchen is an amazing company. They created the most beautiful custom kitchen for our family. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. They provided me three different construction options to choose from, that would allow me to work in my kitchen efficiently. We appreciated that they worked extra hard in order to meet our tight timelines. They are a company that takes pride in their work and makes sure everything meets the high standards they have set for themselves. Attila went above and beyond to ensure any issues were dealt with and that we were happy. He even spent time fixing issues that our appliance installers created, which were not his responsibility! In these times, it is often difficult to find vendors with this type of work ethic and pride in their craft. I highly recommend Heritage Kitchens and would definitely hire them again. I found their price to be very competitive. You certainly get more than you pay for, as their customer service and quality of work are outstanding.”
