“We hired Alberts Custom Woodworks to install new kitchen counter top in our kitchen remodel. He has a no-frills business location and shop but we were given good sized samples to take home and consider. We were including an undermount sink and he made sure we looked at a current installation project so we could see it before we decided. Once we made our selection, Brad and his installer came over and measured everything.
The sink ended up being on back order from the supplier which resulted in a delay to our project of about 6 weeks but he kept us informed of progress.
On installation day, Brad and his crew were very business-like. They came in, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves. The new counter tops are beautiful! I would have given Brad five stars if he would have checked back with us after the job to make sure we were satisfied even though we had a small project.”
