“We recently moved into a new home and decided that this lovely 14-year-old ranch home needed some finishing touches, in the way of family room built-ins. We quickly contacted the Innerwoods group, and we were not disappointed. The rep was very knowledgeable and courteous. She commissioned another professional to come to our home for accurate measurements...bookcase with cabinet on both sides of the fireplace. What we ordered is what we got and much more! First of all, the built-ins arrived within the proscribed time frame. And then there was the installation itself...highly meticulous and very professional. “We had Garage Living repair and coat our garage floor and install slat wall storage system. Everything about our experience was fantastic... from the initial visits from Jake (Sales Rep), timely scheduling, issuing quotes and drawings, crews that showed up on time, did outstanding work, cleaned up after the job was done, etc. Follow up to questions via email or phone always occurred in a very prompt and timely fashion. Great products at a very competitive price (we got two other quotes for comparison), and the garage looks fantastic. Not a single thing that needs to be improved upon.
