“This product allows you to safely add a fire feature anywhere without costly flues, and gas lines. Not only that in many cases a fire feature just would not be possible. Burns very clean and the optional insert make it so you can have candles in the place during the warmer months. Very well executed.”

“After several cold winters, my husband and I became interested in purchasing a wood stove to heat the basement of our home. Unfortunately, neither of us had every owned or operated a wood stove. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Fire Glow were extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous! They addressed every question that we had, made recommendations on the wood stove that would be perfect for our household, and provided everything that we would need for obtaining permits. Neither my husband or I felt any pressure to buy and were greatly impressed by the amount of information that our sales associate gave us. Given our positive experience, we went ahead and purchased a Quadra Fire 4300 wood stove. Fire Glow kept in contact each step of the process and were willing to work the scheduling around our basement renovation. Our installer did a wonderful job- the installation was impeccable! He walked us through stove operation, chimney maintenance, and was kind enough to answer our remaining questions/concerns. “Mark and the whole Wood Stove team, from the installers to the front desk, are so great! We have worked on several high end projects over the past few years with them, and they have been extremely professional, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their work is meticulous and the installers always clean up after themselves (as a construction professional, i know this isn't always the case!) They take the time to answer every question or address any concern our clients have, and are always prompt to return phone calls and emails.”
