“We have used Decorum to design, supply and fit 2 fire surrounds/hearths and 3 wood burning stoves. They provide an excellent service form start to finish holding your hand all the way through from initial home survey, design, choice of stoves through, fitting to completion . Their fitters are very professional and tidy and the end products looks amazing once the projects have been completed. Great service, knowledge, value and customer service - I couldn't recommend them enough!!! Paul Morris”

“I can't recommend Nick highly enough. From the initial meeting in his showroom, to estimate through to completion of the work he has been excellent. He understood exactly what we needed and helped us with design and sourcing of the right tiles as well as carrying out the work with an exceptional level of craftsmanship. We had been looking for years for someone with the necessary knowledge of working with period features combined with the practicality of gas installation and I'm so relieved that we found Nick to do the job. He left the house immaculate once he was done and was always courteous and polite even when I was dithering over styles! And as if his overall service was not enough, when we had made a mistake in the quantity of tiles, he has offered to come back and fit the remaining 2 tiles. Would recommend to anyone looking to restore or replace their fireplace, especially those looking for period detail.”

“I am very happy with the three fires they put in. 2 electric and a lovely wood burner. Everyone comments how nice our fireplace looks. There was an old boiler behind the original fire now it is clean and smart and the heart of the home. The family are very nice to deal with cheerful and friendly and helpful and I had confidence they knew what they were doing. Would recommend them anytime.”
