We’ve had our fireplace over 5 years now and they have joyfully walked me verbally through changing batteries and setting. When our gas line (installed by another company) feeding the fireplace sprung a leak they responded quickly to my call to resolve the issue. The warranty is great - and If I need it, I believe they’ll stand by it. I would buy from them again.”
