“South Shore Fireplace is by far the most professional and trustworthy Chimney / Stove service company I have ever delt with. They were Prompt, neat, kept schedule on time, and very courteous. The Foreman on the job introduced himself when he arrived, shook my hand and has the southern manners of "yes mam" when speaking to me. They listened, answered ALL my questions, and made me feel "safe" regarding how the job was to be done. The Owner of the company was on site to review the plan after the consultation and analyzing He was also at my home at the end of the job. They took photos of the chimney before and after and took the time to sit down and show them to me and explain the problem and solution. The office staff was easy to reach, easy to talk to and understanding of my concerns regarding the issues I was having that needed repair. I even received a call back after hours with an answer to one of my questions. I could not be Happier with the results of our TWO major projects. When dealing with an area of your home like a stove or a chimney, repair/sweep, SAFETY is of the utmost of concern. Scott and the team at South Shore Fireplace treat you like their own family when considering your safety with the work to be done. It will be to late if you realize the company you hire did not actually sweep or repair your chimney properly. You WILL NOT make a mistake Hiring South Shore Fireplace.”

“We've had three great project experiences with Natick Fireplace: a custom fireplace screen and doors, the installation of a gas fireplace in a historic home, and the installation of a gas insert in a masonry fireplace in a modern home. In every case, Natick Fireplace helped us choose the right product for our goals and space, and helped us make our projects go smoothly. They worked well with us on the timing of installations of the fireplace product, and they were happy to talk with our third-party professionals (plumbing & electric) to make sure the products were installed correctly. Craig always called to ask if we were happy and if we needed anything. I've run out of places to put fireplaces, but I'll always be happy to send friends to talk with Craig.”

“We hired Wes to install a gas fireplace. I cannot put into words how beautiful his craftsmanship was. Meticulous and detailed. We had a cherry wood mantle, with granite inlay and it was just absolutely gorgeous. Wes is professional, courteous, and stands by his work. I would not hesitate to use him again and I highly recommend you use him!”

“Awesome work on our stainless steel chimney caps! Love how they look and how well they fit. The guys -- Tony and Albert -- did a fantastic job -- fast, efficient, and they left the job site clean and tidy. They were great communicators, too, telling us what was happening and how and when. Plus, Tony's advice from September, when he was here to measure the chimneys, has helped us prevent further chimney leaks during windy wet weather. Back then, he had explained exactly why the shingles just below our chimney were the source of a leak in high winds, and had recommended that we caulk them, which I did! Big props to your crew. Great job, well done.”
