We realized early in the conversation that I live outside an area he can service, however, that didn’t stop him from offering his professional insights and still take the time to provide me with help. I would have definitely purchased from him, however, since I couldn’t, I’m providing this review. 5-star customer service!”

From the first call over to Taylor's when Penny answered and was so helpful to our clients, I knew we picked the folks we will be working with for many years to come. We have been working with them since 2013. I have included some of the fireplace pics we have done over the years together with the folks at Taylor's.
