“My wife, Elaine and I want to thank you for the excellent sales and customer service and price that you gave us when purchasing our Fireplace Xtrordinair Gas Fireplace insert with Metropolitan Face Design and Ember-Fyre Log Set. It looks great and works very efficiently. However, we will feel the full impact of it when the heating season starts again and we turn on the gas fireplace insert to generate some warmth and heat. In additional, Elaine and I want to thank you for coming to our home and measuring the fireplace opening to make sure the gas fireplace insert would fit in correctly. John Templeton, the plumbing contractor, did an excellent job installing the gas fireplace insert. In addition, he coordinated very well the installation of the chimney linings by Steve Briquette. Steve did an excellent job as well. Also, John Templeton coordinated very well the inspection by the Chelmsford Town Plumbing inspector of the piping for the gas fireplace insert. John was a pleasure to deal with and he provided excellent customer service to us by explaining the whole installation process and giving Elaine and I a demonstration at the end of how the gas fireplace insert. Elaine and I would not hesitate to recommend Chelmsford Fireplace Center and you in particular to our friends, relatives and neighbors if they wanted to purchase a gas fireplace insert. Thanks again.”

“This is a great place to get professional advice on top line wood stoves. We purchased a really nice soap-stone model and for the year that we have been using it, it's excellent. Installation was quick and professional, including a completely new chimney and stone pad. They also helped with the building permit and inspection afterwards. We have been doing business with them for many years.”

“We've had three great project experiences with Natick Fireplace: a custom fireplace screen and doors, the installation of a gas fireplace in a historic home, and the installation of a gas insert in a masonry fireplace in a modern home. In every case, Natick Fireplace helped us choose the right product for our goals and space, and helped us make our projects go smoothly. They worked well with us on the timing of installations of the fireplace product, and they were happy to talk with our third-party professionals (plumbing & electric) to make sure the products were installed correctly. “South Shore Fireplace is by far the most professional and trustworthy Chimney / Stove service company I have ever delt with. They were Prompt, neat, kept schedule on time, and very courteous. The Foreman on the job introduced himself when he arrived, shook my hand and has the southern manners of "yes mam" when speaking to me. They listened, answered ALL my questions, and made me feel "safe" regarding how the job was to be done. The Owner of the company was on site to review the plan after the consultation and analyzing He was also at my home at the end of the job. They took photos of the chimney before and after and took the time to sit down and show them to me and explain the problem and solution. The office staff was easy to reach, easy to talk to and understanding of my concerns regarding the issues I was having that needed repair. I even received a call back after hours with an answer to one of my questions. I could not be Happier with the results of our TWO major projects. When dealing with an area of your home like a stove or a chimney, repair/sweep, SAFETY is of the utmost of concern. Scott and the team at South Shore Fireplace treat you like their own family when considering your safety with the work to be done. It will be to late if you realize the company you hire did not actually sweep or repair your chimney properly. You WILL NOT make a mistake Hiring South Shore Fireplace.”
