From the initial call and then visit to the shop I could not have been more grateful for the assistance I received. I have very limited knowledge of fireplaces and my wife had some specific requests and nothing was an issue. “Darren and the team did a super job. I was very concerned about the mess with removal of brickwork, plastering etc and I can't fault them. The place was kept super clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to talk us through options and work with us to get the best result, all whilst being good humoured and professional. Fit and finish was to a super standard and we're delighted with the result. Very highly recommended.”
