I was promptly contacted and their rep, Kathy came out to my home. The actual design phase took a little time only because I asked for several tweaks to the design. Kathy worked hard to get me everything I needed and my finished closet is perfect. I had also contacted 2 other local closet design companies and Northeast by far worked the hardest and had a very fair price. The order came in promptly and it was scheduled and installed without any problems whatsoever. I have once again contacted them, this time to do redo my home office.
