“Jillian was our designer. She was professional, and designed the perfect closet system for our master bedroom closet as well as cabinets in our laundry room. The installers were wonderful, very talented carpenters that fit everything perfectly into the spaces. They cleaned up when they finished and left me with two great spaces.”

“Professional job done. Cheerful disposition! Mr Doyle installed 4 standard closets and one 10X12 pantry. Each and every closet is still in perfect working condition. Came in on time, and when Mr Doyles' crew finished, the job site was clean and no trash was left behind by the crew. The work started on time and completed on the day he said it would.”

“I first met Susan 10 years ago when I hired Closet Factory to design closets for my soon-to-be-born twins, our master bedroom closet, and our guest closet. Susan made an amazingly efficient use of space in the closet design and was extremely professional. Fast forward 9 years and Susan was back making space in our hall closet for kids' coats, shoes and supplies. She also substantially increased the square footage of our garage by designing shelves that held mounds of shoes and plastic storage totes! Susan is wonderful to work with and has a tremendous sense of what will work with the space she has to work with. I highly recommend Susan and Closet Factory.”

“Mark Cassidy was very professional when he came for a visit for an estimate. He knows his job very well. It didn't take him long to measure and give us a 3D version of how our closet would look. He knows his stuff. Then came the day of installing. Mike came to install. Our closet is very small since we live in a small studio. Couple of boards were cut extra 1 inch long. Mike measured and cut them to fit and did an amazing job. I am glad it was him who came to fit the closet. He installed the closet within 2 hrs. Job very well done and a happy customer. “After several consultations with other custom closet companies we chose Closet and Storage Concepts of Central PA. The other companies asked us a few questions gave an estimate and that was about it. Closet and storage took the time to ask questions about our needs now and in the future. The price quote and design were very detailed, we knew just what we were getting for the price. The turnaround was very reasonable and the install of our closets and home office went very smoothly and were completed in the time frame I requested. Even the clean up was top notch. I would not hesitate to hire Closet and Storage Concepts again and highly recommend them to anyone.”
