“I worked with Monika from the SF location, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Her designs were beautiful and made excellent use of the space. She was very conscious of cost and time constraints and very responsive to feedback. When we found a slight problem with one of the material surfaces, Monika addressed our concerns right away and sent an installer/technician out immediately to remedy the situation. We plan on working with her again on our next project. We are thrilled with our closets and we have Monika to thank for them!”

“I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

“Joni Lorber did the design and measuring. She was helpful with her suggestions and listened to my concerns. Jesse did the install and was perfect ... there was no mess as promised. It was smooth ... all went as promised, even with a follow-up call by Joni to make sure all was OK. Now I have a beautiful, usable closet!! Thank you!!!”

“I like the fact that every design element was up for discussion. I could manipulate the design in real time. I didn't have to wait for the designer to go back to the drawing board. “In order to get the most out of your living space, you need to be able to see the forest for the trees. ShipShape is expert at cutting through the clutter: creating systems for storing all the flotsam and jetsam one can't seem to live without, finding a home for the necessary detritus of modern life, and helping to purge the non-essentials that seem to proliferate all on their own (in an environmentally acceptable way). They are great for one-time projects as well as ongoing maintenance, because—if you're like our family—the road to hell is paved with good intentions.”

“Toni is a master in her field. She redesigned my office space and walk-in closet several years ago and I continue to be impressed with her impeccable taste and fine design work. She was invaluable to me in cleaning out my office and my closet beforehand and then helping me set things back up in an organized and efficient manner, which continues to work for me today. And, all was done with an incredible sense of humor! It was a true joy working with Toni and I would not hesitate to do so again.”

“As a general contractor, I've used Stephanie at Bins and Labels for several jobs ranging from boxing up closets and kitchens before we begin work, to designing built in systems for closets. Stephanie is very reliable, efficient and friendly. Several of my clients have hired her separately after my work was complete. I am also impressed with her general knowledge of construction in regards to hanging items, and measuring for items to be installed (certainly not something designers always think about). I would highly recommend Bins and Labels”

He game good suggestions for my closets and very patience showing me options and selecting the finishes. The closets were installed on time and met all the specifications. The installers did a professional work. I would contact Christian for my next closets!”

“This is my third project with Amy. Working with her is anot absolute delight and she's not afraid to tell me what she thinks if it's in my best interest. Extraordinary design capabilities. She thinks of how I operate and my needs on a day to day basis. This has greatly reduced my my time to find what I need when I need it. Its like she know me. Amy and her team can visualize like no other and are solid from the concept to delivery. The most important point is she is on my side, watching every dollar, and is a perfectionist. She will not sleep until the end result is incredible. She notices things I would never notice and perfects them. I almost went with California Closets; thank God I didn't. All my friends did and then see my closets, bath, and sports room and immediately ask who did the work. I smile and just say Case and Space.”
