“I discover our garage spring was broken coming home from work in the evening. It was already after 5pm, Alex at Firstline Garage gave me an all-inclusive price of part+repair straight away and was competitive. Some other companies went back and forth, gave me hourly pricing or higher price, a few were in the range with Firstline Garage, but I like how responsive Firstline Garage is so we went with Firstline. Alex came the next morning right on the dot at appointment time, he was knowledgeable and courteous. He kept to his quoted price, after changing out the springs, he lubed everything and made sure everything works. He gave a receipt and offer warranty on his work. I would recommend!”

“I thought my garage was broken and contacted a few companies, these guys responded quickly and got a technician over to my house. I like that they gave a call before coming over. The technician was knowledgeable, he figured out what was wrong with my opener and fixed it on the spot. I would definitely recommend this company for their communication and professionalism.
