“We had our tension rod split in half after a big wind storm, it was a very old door. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician was polite and arrived on time. He assed the issue, replaced the needed parts and serviced all the others. He was quick and efficient, the whole process took less than an hour. Plus the new system is so quiet, doesn't bother sleeping little ones! We are very pleased and would use or recommend them over and over!!!”

“I purchased a "Modern Classic" 8' x 8' Aluminum frame garage door with Tempered Satin Etch glass lites. A sales representative came out to the house to inspect the opening and ceiling height in order to make sure that the door & hardware would fit properly. A couple of small modifications to the framing were needed in order to install the new unit. The door was installed by Northwest door service techs, along with a Liftmaster 1/2HP belt-drive opener and keyless entry pad. They came out and had everything up in running in about 3 hours time. Job well done!”

“Swiftly Resolved Issue Something was not quite right with my fiberglass garage door right from the start. I tried to identify the issue by myself, but failed miserably. Then I called this garage door service provider for assistance and they resolved the issue within just one visit. Apparently, the torsion spring required readjusting. They fixed it in minutes and now everything is fine.”

“Showed up on time. Did the job as requested for the price as quoted. The repairman was pleasant, polite, courteous and cleaned up after the repair. I have used this company previously to replace a garage door spring approximately a year ago and this time to replace the garage door opener. I will call them again if I should require their services and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that may need to have similar repair work performed. Thumbs up!”
