Wayne arrived in a day or two and was finished making the repairs in about fifteen minutes! He had to replace the cables and drums and he also lubed and serviced the door. He was able to answer my husband's questions knowledgeably. We felt the cost for the service call was reasonable. We won't hesitate to call Creative Door again whenever we have a problem with our large garage door.”
