He knew the product well, could describe what kind of wood they used, the process for building the doors, and timing on delivery. I almost felt like it was his own company vs. the competitor who seemed more like a sales guy who didn't really understand much detail about the product. The ID&CC rep gave me a fair estimate and didn't try to upsell me. I ended up getting the mirrored doors framed by wood - they are so elegant and I get so many compliments on them. The installation team that came to install the doors was super professional, thorough, and left everything clean. I had never heard of them prior to getting their flier in the mail and checking Yelp reviews. I don't give a 5-star recommendation out very easily. I paid a little bit more to use this company but I am someone who puts a high value on quality and customer service. You get what you pay for!”
