“This was the second time I hired Sam Jernigan to assist me in remodeling and redecorating. The first was in 2012 with a Victorian cottage that was going to be a vacation rental. Having no experience with that era I needed help and Sam provided much more than that. She was amazing. And the house turned out completely charming and beautiful. So, when I was redoing the home I had just purchased after living there for 8 years as a renter, I called Sam again. And once again, she was really wonderful. She is hugely talented, has a wonderful sense of color and design, comes up with great ideas and suggestions based on the space, the structure, your personal style, and has just an intuitive sense of what will work. I used virtually all of her ideas for this latest project, and can only say that everything she suggested worked so well that I feel like I am living in a completely new house and without major remodeling. “I initially found Chloe through her instagram account @boxwoodavenue. I could tell right away from her photos that she has impeccable taste and would be exactly who I needed to help bring my vision to life. She has helped me with several areas of my home including complete remodels of my kitchen and second bath and I am so thrilled with how they have turned out. She has also helped me with smaller jobs like design and furniture choices in my family room and office areas which have also turned out so beautifully. I love how she presents her designs which include 3-d renderings that make it easier to see how things will look when they are done. I wanted to be involved in the design process and she was so great about including me. When choosing finishes like faucets, tile, furniture, etc. she gave me a choice of 3 different options that would all work beautifully and then I could choose the one that I loved the most. She was so great at sourcing materials for me and even helped me get a quartz slab for the kitchen that I had fallen in love with, but that wasn't available locally. I would absolutely hire Chloe in the future for any of my design needs and would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. People constantly remark about how beautiful our house is when they visit and I know its thanks to her!”

“Rachel from Sundance was absolutely fabulous. She knows hers colors and has a great sense of finding what looks best but keeps her clients wishes first and foremost. I had an idea to use green as I love the color and because we live in the mountains thought this would be a harmonious color to use. My husband thought brown would be better as the house was originally redwood. The browns I found just didn't work and then I found Rachel. Well, she nailed it by selecting several browns that could be used with our home. Who knew there could be so many browns that would complement our home. She selected the trim color and deck color. This home never looked better and the colors she selected brought the natural stone that the original builder added to the house, now gives it a WOW factor rather then just existing next to the gray color that one of the former owners painted.
