“I consulted Modis Designs regarding a project to paint my newly bought (but second-hand) house as I needed advice regarding the colour and type of paint that I needed to refresh the house. Modis Designs not only gave the advice I sought but added some very useful and appropriate advice on how to use colour to give an impression of space where it was needed and, in contrast, how to use colour to make some areas more cosy. I was also advised of details such as how to ensure the walls were prepared properly and I was given information regarding the necessity (or not, in some instances) for undercoating. Modis Designs also estimated the amount of paint that would be necessary and costed some alternative types and colours for me. This was a really helpful consultation which was provided in a timely and professional manner.”
