“I recently moved to a brand new apartment from a traditional Victorian terraced house after 30 years and so I wanted something totally new and different to what I had lived with previously. My taste is not very modern at all and so I was wanting someone who could help me create a really stylish space that would still suit my tastes (quite eclectic I must add!) In addition it is a really small and compact flat and so I needed some clever thinking on how and what to use, where. I decided to try My Bespoke Room as there service felt very affordable (only £75 per room) and they agreed to come and do an on site visit for a very small additional charge. Using them meant that I could still be in control of what was ordered and my budget, as they just gave me all the tools which saved me loads of time. I was so excited to see it transform that I kept updating them and I really felt they were as excited as I was and really into the project too which was really nice! I got on really well with both of them straight away and was really impressed with what they came up with. It is such a slick an easy service and their virtual moodboard is really cool. It covered everything from paint colours, wallpaper to furniture and finishing touches, including coat hooks and an umbrella stand! This was money well spent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help in designing and furnishing their homes. Well done girls!!!”

“Sacha helped us with a big design/renovation project this year, when we extended our house. We met her when we bought a lovely Stag chandelier, and she then helped us on a bigger design project. She worked closely with us to come up with brilliant ideas that took the sort of things we liked and translated them into a unique design that was just to our taste - but we could never have actually made happen ourselves! She also took the stress out of what should have been a nightmare project, as my husband and I both work and we have small children. Would recommend highly for Interior projects, or Chandeliers.”

They liaised with planners, architects, building contractors, kitchen companies and advised on sourcing of materials and interior furnishings. The project took 1 year from conception to completion. “Alberts House carried out an extensive refurbishment of our newly acquired 5 bed house, upgrading electrics and plumbing, installing new windows, bathrooms and kitchen, building cabinetry and painting and decorating and laying new floors. This was the first major refurbishment project we had done and we were very pleasantly surprised by the experience, largely due to the excellent project management, good and sympathetic eye for design and detail, high standards, professionalism and hard work of Alberts House and their contractors. The project went over budget however the extra costs were well communicated before they were incurred. The project took nearly 5 months which was as expected. We lived in the property with our two young boys throughout which was only made possible because Alberts house did such a good job at managing the project around us. All in all we would thoroughly recommend them for a major refurbishment.”

“Working with Almas, Matilda and Liliana in the revamp of our three bedrooms apartment in Shad Thames was such fun. They managed our entire project: planning, builders, materials, permissions, etc. Then they sprinkled their magic dust in the interior decoration! They helped us choose the most amazing furniture and finishes – many of them imported from other countries in Europe. The experience was so positive! The combination of their talent, creativity, and knowing where to buy beautiful items resulted in a stunning home for my family. I can hardly believe it is the same apartment. Only last night, while we sat by our beautiful electric fireplace, my husband and I were commenting about the positive difference this project made to our lives. We absolutely love our home! “Emilie was brilliant. She did a complete renovation of my Victorian terrace, upstairs and down, including kitchen extension and reviving some original features that had been stripped away. She took my (attempts at explaining) my style and turned it into an actual vision. She gave me solutions to using the space which I had been defeated by and saved me a lot of money on bad furniture decisions. The contractors Emilie brought in were great too. A friendly, hard working team I came to know and like well. Before she got to work, I basically regretted buying my house. The house had so many issues and we didn't have a lot of room in the budget, but she delivered a home I never want to leave. She is very friendly and professional, never lets you feel like you're alone. Highly recommend.”
