Kari and Kate incorporated my style within the design and provided fabric selections and window treatments designs. “We used Heather to set up our Airbnb business basically from scratch. What we started with was a bit lower even than blank slate and she did an incredible job setting the theme and ambience that we wanted personally and also what would work for the business. In the photo attached - just a small example - we transformed a simple small condo patio into a cute "get away" for our guests. She blended a few items that were special to us with some thrift finds and - mostly - new items...and to top it off she delivered on time!!”

“We are very pleased with Jennifer Stoner's design of our newly remodeled home. She was thorough, creative, honest with price options and took care of every issue we had. She was able to please all 7 of us in each of our bedrooms and all of us in the main living areas. She was able to create "our style" rather than reproduce designs she had previously created elsewhere. The space we live in is both flexible and beautiful. Above all else, she was masterful in designing a creative and soothing color palette that moved and changed from room to room, so that our more ecclectic furnishings blended well. Excellent at steering us to the more substantial quality anchor pieces. She even designed our chandelier so that the scale would be perfect. We are very happy with her work- the experience was a pleasure.”

“I hired Exquisite Designs a little over a year ago for their interior design services. I had interviewed many interior design companies here in the Northern Virginia area but was not happy with the business practice of putting thousands of dollars down as a retainer before starting any work. At the end of the day, I selected Paulanne Gregson's Exquisite Designs company because of her very friendly business model of paying by the our for her time. Paulanne first worked with me to understand my tastes in style and materials and then came up with a plan to transform my home into a cozy living space. We started with picking colors and painting my family room and foyer and then selecting and buying furniture for my family room. We then progressed to redoing my kitchen including tile flooring, granite counter tops, sink, cooktop, under cabinet lighting and tile back splash. I liked that she was flexible in terms of allowing me to do some of the painting but also suggesting very reasonable contractors to do the work if I didn't want to, or couldn't perform the installation or work myself. She has a wonderful eye for color and making sure that everything matches. But one of her best attributes is knowing home materials (like wood, tile, types of paint, etc...) and their applications and making suggestions on their use. I'll end this by saying, it's been a very enjoyable experience in that she has been very flexible with me, allowing me to make decisions where I wanted but always being ready to step in with advice or making sure an installation contractor was doing the work correctly. I give Exquisite Designs my highest recommendation. -Steven W.”

She worked within my small to moderate budget and provided me with numerous options to choose from in terms of pillows, curtains, wall hangings, etc. She revamped my living room.
