“I would give Barb Lipe of Watermark Interiors 10 stars if that was an option!! Not only can I attest to Barb's amazing creativity, ease to work with, and all around professionalism, a host of many women who come through our offices would agree that she is a highly skilled and gifted designer -- even if they don't know her name. As the Executive Director of a non-profit counseling ministry for women, my vision was to create a space for our clients that was sacred -- beautifully decorated, warm, safe, and inviting. I called on Barb to help me and she was wonderful. We have been in this location for 5 years and still I get asked who did the decorating. I've also worked with Barb personally at my home. Because I'm the director of a non-profit (meaning limited budget), she was willing to work with me in a way that I could afford a professional decorator. I would tell her exactly how much time I could afford and she did everything possible to maximize that time and give me the most and best of her for my money. Not only is she creative and very good at what she does, she is also just plain FUN. A wise, beautiful, genuine woman -- no pretenses whatsoever. Melissa is a talented designer who knows what is on trend, but also has a keen eye for classic pieces you will love for years to come. She is very professional, efficient and stays on budget while also knowing where to splurge and where to save. She looks for the best price for items while also prioritizing comfort and quality. Melissa keeps the process moving forward and got everything ordered and delivered on schedule. She has a great group of subcontractors she works with and expertly oversees their timelines and work quality. My only disappointment was that when she was finished, I wanted her to redecorate the whole house! I highly recommend Melissa's services and look forward to using her again soon!”

“Patti Allen and Stephanie James are the best in the business. Not only do they both have impeccable taste and style, but they are honest and willing to work extremely hard and long hours to create exactly what you want in your home from floor to ceiling. I've worked with many designers before and I've never had a better experience than I did with Allen & James Interior Design. My home is in San Francisco, California and I was working with a limited budget and short timeline. Patti and Stephanie were able to meet all of my needs without a single hitch. They operate out of the largest retail furniture store in the United States so you know they are getting the best prices and furnishing options. I brought Jessica and Sydney in on the project , it was the best decision I ever made. They are so great to work with. They make choices that I wouldn't have thought of and my home is going to look fantastic . They respect your budget and also the fact that sometimes you say no without making you uncomfortable. “I have never known anyone with Lynda's talent for taking a vintage or thrifted item, repurposing it and giving it a new life. She is a gifted visual genius. You can give Lynda a budget, and she will go and find what you need through her broad network of thrift and vintage sources, re-do it for you while mixing it with new pieces and turn your room or home into something that is comfortable, visually beautiful and more than you could ever have imagined it could be for that amount of money...a room that could be photographed for any magazine. Lynda has over 4 million followers on Pinterest and there is a reason -she has a unique eye that can pick up pattern and detail and arrange and juxtapose them in ways that others cannot. She is a very sweet person who works well with others and who listens and who puts her heart and soul into her client's projects. 5 stars is not enough for what Lynda will do for your home if you should hire her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
