“Kirsty and Elke were really great to work with. They listened to what I wanted and stuck to my budget. I loved the way they came up with creative ideas I wouldn't have thought of and it all really worked. The end result was so much better than I was expecting. I love my living room now. Everyone admires it and I just find it so calm to sit in and read a book. I never thought I was someone who would hire a professional designer, but I just couldn't make up my mind about colours and curtains and now I'm a complete convert. “Having been used to furnishing period properties, I suspected I would be in trouble when I purchased a large, square-roomed flat with no intrinsic features to guide me. Fortunately I found Lisa who, over a period of several months, has delivered a home that is both stylish and comfortable. She is very professional and needed to be extremely patient, since I knew what I didn’t want rather than what I did. After an initial meeting on site she produced mood-boards that were subsequently added to and subtracted from. Having sourced pieces that she felt would work Lisa accompanied me on two days of pre-arranged meetings with suppliers, her presence being invaluable in keeping me focused. She ordered items once decided upon and arranged for their delivery, which sometimes required time-consuming input on her part since I am absent from the UK for periods of time. Lisa has great ideas, is a delight to work with and really cares about what she does. In short, I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking a thoughtful, talented and pro-active interior designer.”

“We at blue bee, commissioned Living the Interior to re-style our office, it was your standard magnolia-painted office space and lacked character. Since we are a creative agency we wanted a space that would inspire the team working there and impress clients on their visits to the office. Both Kat and Vickie were highly professional on their visits, quick with their responses whenever we had any questions and came up with a scheme for the office that has transformed the place we work. “When I bought my house I decided to re-decorate but the scale of the project was slightly intimidating. I wanted a beautiful and personal design but there are so many ideas out there that I didn’t know where to start. I came across Sophie Louisa Interiors whilst searching the web for various designs. I hesitated for a while before contacting Sophie as I’d never worked with an interior designer before and wasn’t sure what to expect and whether I could even afford such services. I ended up contacting her anyway and I couldn’t have been happier about it now. Sophie was quick to respond and we made arrangements for an initial consultation. I’ve never looked back and kept calling upon Sophie’s vast experience and impeccable taste ever since. She is very professional, friendly, approachable and always opened to the new ideas. Even more importantly, she always listens to what I envisaged for my house but she also always give me her professional advice. Our project will be coming to an end in a few months’ time and I can already see that the final result will be stunning.
