“Enotive helped us transform our 70s kitchen into an open and airy floor plan. We weren't sure what the best layout for our kitchen, dining, family room space and didn't want to just blindly jump into remodeling without being able to see the area planned out ahead of time. We worked with Jennifer on the project, and she listened to what we wanted in the space and kept our budget in mind. The 3D rendering helped us play with the design and see what we were getting before making any changes. We ended up with a beautifully updated kitchen, very open and bright floor plan. Our favorite element was removing the smaller kitchen window and patio slider to create a large slider that can open up the entire wall. I highly recommend getting Enotive to help you with the design and planning element.”

“We worked with Natalia on a major home remodel -- full kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I was a blank slate and while I knew what I didn't like, I didn't have an exact vision of what I wanted. Natalia was invaluable and made what was an overwhelming process, easy and painless. After meeting with us and asking many questions, she had a feel for our style. When it came time to choose tiles, paint colors, countertops, fixtures, she "went shopping" first and then brought us 2 or 3 options from which to choose, and they were spot on. She has a fabulous eye and we absolutely love our kitchen and bathrooms. We continue to work with her on other household projects. Natalia is a true professional, and fun to work with. I can't say enough great things about her, except I'd hire her again and again!”

“I have done three projects with LMK Interiors - primary residence remodel (2008), investment property flip (2012) and current new primary home construction (2013). The only constant from those three projects has been Leslie with LMK Interiors. Simply put, I would not undertake a project on my house without her. She's everything you would want in a designer - great style, flexible, unbelievable color taste, easy to work with, spunky and fun but hardnosed if she needs to be. For any couple who is considering a project and knows the stress a remodel puts on the relationship - the best thing you can do is to hire Leslie. One of her greatest strengths is acting as a project manager. She does not advertise this service which I always think is crazy since she's so good at it. She will act as your quarterback between the contractor and architect. The bottom line on a project is that you need all three team members but Leslie is the most important for me as my wife and I defer almost all decisions to her. When the contractor asks whether you want 4” or 6” crown and what style or what type of window trim or whether the architect has the best master bathroom and kitchen layout – Leslie will ensure you make the right decision. Importantly, she coordinates the style and look of your entire house to flow seamlessly without looking like a model house or something too eclectic. She coordinated every step with us – architectural layout, lighting plan, appliances, cabinets, tile, hardwood floors, carpet, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, hardware, window shades, paint color and furniture. Her partner Gayle is great as well and specializes in furniture selection. LMK Interiors make a very stressful, long, difficult process as much fun and as efficient as it can be.”

“Wendy is a very knowledgable and artistic designer. I enjoyed her perserverance and enthusiasm in getting a fresh, new bedroom remodel. She made a myriad of professional suggestions, and for the most part, we followed them. Her contractor put in high tech lighting, patched up the ceiling with new plaster, brought in new baseboards,and crown moulding. He worked with a painter to make sure that proper care was given to every detail. in addtion, he saw that all of the old materials were removed on time. Ilike the way that he made a conscious effort to make us as comfortable as possible while the remodel was going on. Fans, hoses, mats, and plastic sheetingi were applied to keep the dust and fumes at bay. Wendy brought in high quality fabrics from a designer show that she had visited in San Francisco. She also helped me in selecting carpet, drapery material, bedding, framing,and floral arrangements on sight. I was able to get a good discount on my light fixtures by dropping her name as well. Wendy found a tile man to install some tile for me in our bathroom as well. He showed up and worked over Memorial Weekend. Infact, all of the personel that we worked with proved to be respectful and on time. I love my new remodel! I'm glad that we made the decision to hire her!”

“Highly Recommended. We had a great experience. Q: Did she understand your needs--the scope of the project, your style, any specific requirements? Was she adept at getting this information from you efficiently? A: Yes, she has been great in keeping our style and working within the constraints, we put on her. Specifically we asked her to do much of the work without requiring a ton of our time and letting us guide the results (we just had a baby). Q: Was she creative in approaching your design challenges? A: She came up with some really good ideas for tight spaces. She was good when we wanted to drop certain features, like master Tub and reusing old cabinets. She put her foot down and told us this would be a mistake in her opinion. I appreciated having someone opinionated rather than just telling us how great everything we chose was. Q: Was she easy to work with--responsive, timely, professional? A: Yes, most responsive person in this whole venture. Very accommodating and professional. Q: If she needed to work with your architect and contractor, were those relationships productive? A: Yes, she worked with the architect nicely. Q: Was she able to stick to your budget? Did she help you understand the cost-related trade-offs of your deign decisions? A: We went over budget because we ended up asking for more help than we anticipated. Yes, she was great working with our material costs and not pushing us to higher priced items. Ended up doing a bunch of Restoration Hardware and a few designer things. She also saved us a bunch of money on our tile. Came in 50% of the price of our builders tile guy. I generally thought designers were more $, but not in this case.”
