“We used VB Design for the renovation of our period home and I couldn’t recommend her more. From choosing colours for the front of the house to designing the layout of bathrooms and the kitchen, Vyvyan was instrumental in getting our home renovation finished on time and on budget. I found the lighting design really difficult as we had a dark hallway which contrasted with our very bright dining and sitting rooms plus different height ceilings but Vyvyan expertly guided us through it and made it all seem easy. She has a very creative background and that came through when styling the rooms, giving each a very individual style and colour pallet while still all flowing together. I like many styles and colours and she worked with me to express my style but adding her flair, advice and design know how while taking the stress away from me. Would recommend highly to anyone.”

“Jana designed the layout of my bedroom. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for help on how to interior design and also the best layout for a room etc. as I work from home I needed a design that suited that and also for day to day living. I was extremely happy with the end result . She has a great eye for these kind of things and I would have never seen the rooms potential without her help. “I came to know of Nina's expertise through a course myself and a friend took so when we needed advice on our bathroom styling we asked Nina's to come and help us Oh my she did such a fabulous job we were so pleased when we decided to redo our sitting room we asked Nina's help and again with gorgeous results sometime after it was time to revamp our kitchen again with Nina advising and once again Nina did a superb job all these rooms still get that WOW when friends come for the first time. “We hired Style my Room to complete a design for our kitchen/dining and living rooms. We had a lot of space however our rooms were badly laid out and didn't fit the needs of our family. We met with Jackie Carton and she got a feel for what we wanted to achieve within the space available and she came back with 2 great options. She did a reconfiguration of 2 rooms which was much more appropriate to our needs and a kitchen refit. We also got her to suggest an interior design for us and we were extremely happy with this. She listened to what we wanted and was very respectful of our budget. She came back with mood boards with designs for each room on them and after we took them in and made some small changes (although I would totally trust her design judgement) we were very happy with the outcome. I must say the overall results have been fantastic and we are very happy with the overall finished product. The new room configuration has really maximised the space we have and is so much more appropriate to our needs. and our growing family. The design is modern and fresh but it is very much in keeping with what we wanted. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Jackie (and the builders Timber Creations she recommends and works with) and her work. Thanks Jackie!”

“At the stage we engaged Rosemarie our new kitchen design had already been determined but Rosemarie was able to come in, even at that stage, and give really great advice on ways to get the most out of the space we have which have really made a huge difference to our family’s enjoyment of the room. She also provided excellent guidance and support on sourcing tiling, bathroom fittings and lighting which adds that bit of extra style to our new home. ””
