“We called Interiors by Kate to remodel 4 rooms; a living room, a dining room, a laundry room, and a play room for our son. In a short period of time, Kate had a sense for our style by simply asking a few questions and ask us to choose pictures of rooms that we liked. This was helpful because, while we had a sense for what we were looking for, we couldn't articulate exactly what we wanted. We travel a lot and were not always thinking about the project. Kate struck a nice balance of keeping us on task without being annoying or pushy. What we appreciated the most was that Kate was willing to shop for us and bring back items to try out in-house. Whatever we didn't like, she would return. This is probably the biggest reason why we were able finish our project. I would highly recommend Interiors by Kate, LLC.”

“Liz decorated our master and it is simply gorgeous! She was on time and on budget, while taking into consideration our special provisions (baby & pet friendly). It was great to have an outside objective opinion, and she makes everything so easy by ordering, returning, and arranging all of the appointments & pick ups. The room is everything I had hoped it would be!”

“I initially contracted with Minhnuyet to provide interior design services for my living room and breakfast room several months ago, with an estimated budget in place. The rooms have a very unusual floor plan and required real creativity, especially given that she had to use furnishings that I already had. She rearranged my furniture and made two key additional purchases that created a spectacular look, and came in under budget. She located a vendor who is providing uniquely designed solar shades for our large windows to complete the transformation. As a result of the quality of her work, she is now designing a plan for the library, and our bedroom is next. I cannot recommend Minhnuyet highly enough!”

“Kara and my design team at The Design Firm were excellent. I appreciated all the hard work put in by everyone and I was very impressed by the extent they took to take care of our liking. Even when a few things did not work out, replacing the accessories was no problem. I am so so happy with the end result (especially the large painting). “Adeline was a pleasure to work with. She is reliable, hard-working and creative. I was 90% done with the purchase of furniture for my living room but hating how it was coming together. Adeline came in and rearranged things and pulled a couple of pieces from another part of my house and voila, I was beginning to love my room. She helped me finish that room and I worked with her on refreshing a couple of more rooms in my house. We purchased some new furniture as well as reupholstered pieces that we already have and we were very pleased with the results. Adeline does a great job with respecting budgets and utilizing pieces that you already own in new ways.”

“I can’t say enough about Alison’s dedication to her clients. She goes above and beyond and in this industry, that’s what you need. I am a local builder in the Houston/Galveston area and I hire Alison for the majority of my spec and customs homes. I also hire her for our commercial projects and she is the designer for all of our remodels. It’s comforting to know that when we bring her on a job, she’s going to make our clients feel safe and comfortable all while attending to their needs and questions. “JoJo helped me select furniture for my formal living space. There were several things I wanted--a place for books and a desk, as well as seating. I was very happy with the way she helped me divide up the long room. She offered us 3 furniture options, and we picked the one that best matched our style. There was absolutely no pressure, but she did help us move the project forward and saved us time furniture shopping. If we'd tried to do it on our own, it would have taken ages, and we just don't have that kind of time, AND we would have ended up with furniture that would quickly look dated. The look she gave us was midcentury modern, and it goes great with our home. We are extremely happy with the final product and with her reasonable rates. There were no surprise expenses. We understood the costs at every step of the way, and JoJo kept everything within the budget and offered affordable options at every step.”
