“We hired Dhiraj to modify and re-do the full basement and found his recommendations and advise to be awesome. His suggestions helped us to better utilize the space\area we wanted to modify. He did some electrical work and fixed some major issues, plumbing - created a new washroom\shower stall, He recommended a gas line for the dryer and cooking range, as well as one for the outside bar-b-que. His finishing was excellent. I was particularly happy with his attention to detail. It was all very well done. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely hire him again in the future. ( I actually had to hire his services again as I was affected by the great flood in 2013). He again saw to it, that everything was completed and looked the same like before.”

“We decided to build a cottage. Instead of a popular cookie cutter cottage design offered by large building companies we decided to build a custom cottage from the ground up. Before a single decision was made we reached out to Margarida. Our previous experiences with Margarida were excellent and we knew we wouldn’t get the desired beautiful effect without Margarida’s expertise and her amazing attention to detail.
