“I engaged the services of Rooms for Living quite recently and I would like to highly recommend Trish to anyone who is looking for a designer whom they can trust to produce a beautiful result in their home. I had two front rooms that I wanted to update, one was a TV room and the other was just an unused room, which was closely becoming a “junk room”. I wanted to update these rooms, make them a functional space whilst also having a room that would reflect a touch of sophistication and luxury. And I am delighted to say that Trish delivered all of this for us in fine style and detail. I had anticipated a lot of stress that usually goes with redecorating, but Trish made the entire process very easy, she went above and beyond, advising on colours, textures, accessories. Trish is always on hand when you need her, she is extremely kind with her time and expertise and is always clued into the smallest detail. What I particularly loved about working with Trish is her absolute interest in the project, Trish sourced all the fabrics, furniture and interior finishes and made it all a very enjoyable exciting experience. Our rooms were transformed in no time from basic functional rooms into cosy, tastefully decorated rooms which I absolutely love spending time in now. Our “junk room” is now the nicest room in the house, it has become the most beautiful, tranquil and calm space, which is now a pure joy to sit in and just relax. Specifically she was instrumental in achieving a one off in-frame kitchen - we were initially concerned re the layout however she created a beautiful but yet functional kitchen into the space. Separately Maria helped with colour selections, bespoke bathroom units, paneling, amongst many other items. I would definitely recommend consulting Maria before investing significant funds into your project - a small investment into the design will without doubt add value to your property and will help set it apart from others.”
