“Clare Pullen Designs designed a new study for our family last year. We had several requirements for the room: it needed to provide more storage for our household, as well as be able to be used by two household members at the same time. Clare provided us with a mood board to illustrate the colour scheme and a floor plan of cupboards, counter, and other storage elements. She recommended suppliers to help keep our costs down. Her detailed advice guided us as we undertook the renovation ourselves. The final result has provided necessary storage and a room set out to enable both our daughter and her father computer time. The office also looks fantastic with its contrast of white walls and white cupboard doors against the dark wood look of the cupboard shell and flooring. Overall, Clare has an "eye" and an ability to update the look of any room in an economical and practical way. Trust her judgement!”

“We hired Debbie to re purpose some rooms in our home, redesign the flow and select furniture for our young family that was functional, hard wearing, modern and injected our personal aesthetic without being over the top. From the minute we met, my husband and I found her to be professional, creative, patient, resourceful, and very personable. She listened to our ideas about turning our then formal dining room into a theatre room and, about turning our then TV/lounge into a dining/informal lounge area that worked for large family gatherings but also for a family of 4. We never knew what we wanted until Debbie showed us what was possible but she never imposed her personal aesthetic on us. She was very careful to understand exactly what we liked and what we were open to exploring, The trade relationships she has are well established and excellent service providers. We are thrilled with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Despina Design.”

“Amanda is great- she’s a consummate professional. We engaged Amanda to help with a small bathroom renovation. She was very collaborative and made sure we set a budget and kept to it. She did all the leg work researching items and coordinating tradies - even letting some in for us when we were at work. It was seamless. Amanda was also very patient with our indecision and if ever wanting a second career should consider marriage guidance! We absolutely love our new bathroom!”

“As soon as we met Elise we knew we were in good hands. Not only was she personable and easy to chat to, she was professional and quick to get a feel of the zones she was going to create for us. Her communication was always upfront and timely, and if there was something she presented to us that wasn’t quite our fit (which was not often!) the turnaround time to find us another piece that was, was super fast! She always listened and gave her honest opinion and had no judgement about what we liked or wanted. She always did an amazing job and we are eternally grateful for her help! We are still adding to our house and wouldn’t use anyone else!”
