“I have worked with Laura since we bought our house 8 years ago. She has done an amazing job at helping us decorate to our tastes -- but at least 10x better than we could have done on our own. She's helped us understand the space, what furniture will fit in it, the colors that will work best, etc. I think she's actually saved us money because every choice is well thought out -- we do not have to later discard items that do not fit or that do not coordinate well. “Fern is simply great. She really listens to you, works within your budget, finds you solutions and partners. She's approachable and honest. And she'd do just about anything for a client. And in the event that something's not perfect, she makes it right. For example, she helped us get some custom cushions. The day they were delivered, she took the initiative to check in and make sure everything was perfect. A few of the cushions were sized a bit awkwardly (not her fault or doing), but I told her I'd be happy to live with them a bit. She insisted on coming over to check the cushions personally, took them back to the fabricator that day and got us new, perfect cushions in less that four days. Amazing. And honestly, it was a minor detail I'd never have even bothered about. That's what you want in a design partner. We'll be working with her again for sure!”
