“I hired Talie Jane to recommend and build a plan to upgrade a luxury condo unit that was 9 years old. The thoughtfulness put into the plan was exceptional. The firm made suggestions utilizing some existing items as I requested and incorporated them with brilliant new changes resulting in a perfect meld of old and new. Additionally the firm dealt wonderfully with the spacial limitations of a high rise condo utilizing the existing space in ways I never thought about. Hiring them resulted in a much more enjoyable, functional and comfortable space that fit my budget and needs.”

Amy has a sharp keen eye for what works and she is a master at reading plans. She easily identifies what doesn not work after the Architects is done with the plans. I trust her completely, and she has always served us well. We were able to resale our Reno home with a nice profit in one of the worst housing markets, and her assistance on our remodel was a big factor. Amy is frugle and worth every penny when it comes to your home investment. She is very talented and I highly recommend her.”

“I have worked with Erica Tawzer’s Turn Key Décor interior design services over the last six months since moving into a 1570 square foot apartment, downsizing from a stunning 4650 square-foot mansion in Colorado Springs. I interviewed several local designers for this project and found Erica to be the most personable, honest, and kind-hearted person . She intuitively knew my taste for a sophisticated, bold, eclectic space and helped me create a unique new home using the lovely furniture I already owned, plus suggested ways for me to create my own accessories.
