“I had recently swapped my dining and living room furniture as we never used the living room, and only used the dining room for larger groups and needed lots of space a couple of times a year. Sarah Herman's came recommended to help me with curtains, carpets, light fixtures and artwork, transforming my furnishings into masterpieces. She was exceptional at tuning into what my preferences were and came up with beautiful options in my budget. I could not be happier with the end result. Every single person who comes to my home compliments the decor of these rooms. I love sitting in my sitting room (previously the dining room) as it is warm and inviting. The new dining room is spectacularly outfitted with a classic Tuscan feel that adds a lot to our culinary experiences in that room.”

We also wanted to update the interior, making it more inviting and use-able for our family needs while still honoring the feel of this century old home. When we first spoke with Emily, we knew right away she would be someone to help make this massive transformation, a joy, rather than burden. From start to finish, Emily was incredible, patiently listening to our visions for the house, curating designs, textures, colors, and pieces, all based on observing and understanding our own styles. The finished result - a house, a home, that is exactly as we had envisioned, making better use of the space, while still keeping the original charm of this house. Emily was spot on with her eye…. From architectural work, to interior details, making this 10 month renovation process that much simpler, and easier. “Audra Fine at Deconstructed Living helped us furnish and decorate our home in Margate NJ. It was new and had nothing. She was respectful of our tastes and budget. She took our input but didn't let us make mistakes. A few years later we moved our primary home in PA. She worked with all of our furnishings that we wanted to keep while bringing in new items to update our home. Audra is the best. She is a delight to work with.”

“I have retained Karen Cronin on three significant projects. The most recent project was the move from my primary residence(4000 ft.² plus home) in South Jersey into my current residence (large two bedroom apartment at the Ritz residences in Philadelphia Pennsylvania). I am a divorced father of two. I own and run my own business. I work long hours and travel extensively. Bottom line-in a move like this I needed a tremendous amount of help, and based on my previous experience with Karen I had every confidence in her abilities. She exceeded my expectations. On the front end of the move Karen took responsibility to vet and retain movers. She supervised and coordinated the packing of my home, and the move. A stone the size of the home and the amount of furnishings very little was used in my new residence, which required that belongings and furnishings be donated or stored. Karen handled all of this. She was on site for the move out of my South Jersey residence, and coordinated with the building Philadelphia to handle the move-in. She had everything planned well in advance and it ran like clockwork. Because I was moving into a totally different style and size residence, Karen needed to completely design, furnish and accessorize my new residence. This required her to spend considerable time in advance designing, measuring and providing the options based upon my taste and pricing parameters. This move encompassed everything from furniture, to art, lighting, kitchen appliances, etc. Karen furnished and designed for the foyer, living room, dining room, family room and bedrooms. Karen coordinated with the vendors and my building to make arrangements for all deliveries and installation. She handled placement and timing of art. She worked with selected and vetted multiple vendors, including the movers, electricians, plumbers and carpenters. She has exemplary communication skills. We communicated multiple times daily. Based on our extensive experience together my trust in her judgment is absolute-yet, she took no steps without authority. I have absolutely no reservations about giving Karen complete access. She is completely trustworthy I have no reservations about recommending Karen Cronin. I can assure you I will be hiring her again. Completely dependable, the ultimate professional. Punctual. And, she has great taste. My place looks awesome. Constantly receive compliments. Can't go wrong with Karen Cronin!!! I would have no problem speaking with anyone considering Karen.”

“I had Bella B Home decorate my apartment that I just moved into, in Rittenhouse Square. Not only did they help a guy like me make decisions, but they exceeded my expectations on so many levels. They were very kind to work with, great sense of style and really honed in on exactly what I wanted. They provided me with a ton of options, floor plans, 3D layouts for the brainstorming part of me deciding what I wanted. Then they shopped endlessly, came up with new ideas, answered every call and email in a quick time frame. I couldn't have asked for more. As a guy living in Philadelphia, this is my first adult place on my own that I wanted to be proud of. Blair and BettyAnn helped make my home a warm, comfortable place that I'm proud to call mine. “Diane Stein at Ethan Allen Chadds Ford, PA did it again. This time we hired her to consult on our family room and breakfast area. Very creative solutions for a challenging space. I wish that this area of our house was larger, but Diane, by listening and working closely with my wife nailed it -- making the most of the limited space available. Also, the EA furniture quality is excellent (e.g. here's a pic of the kitchen table).”
