“I have a house in west end which was originally a single level 3 bedroom workers cottage. The house was built in underneath 5 years ago and the upper level (original house) was left un touched and rented in its original state. For added income I decided to rent out the lower levels and moved into the upper one. I was struggling with ideas on how to get the original house (over one hundred years old) to blend in and work with the newer, more modern lower levels. I appointed Dani Louis, to initially get ideas on colour schemes, light fittings, kitchen and bathroom layouts etc. Dani, was extremely helpful and full of great ideas. The house has kept some of its original features ie VJ walls etc, but now blends in nicely, mixing old world with new. Dani has tremendous buying power and sources great deals on fittings, fixtures etc and passes on her savings for all items as part of her service, which was amazing because the savings added up to be a lot more than the fee she charged. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend Dani Louis Design to anybody wanting to undertake any form of renovation or design consultation. “Natasha is a spatial expert with an exceptional eye for design and the ability to immediately see potential. We asked Natasha to assist us with a bathroom, laundry & ensuite renovation. She listened to our issues with the existing layout and offered a fresh prospective reflecting our personal taste. Natasha came up with ideas incorporating extra space and offering alternative ideas that we would have not considered but made so much sense. “We engaged the services of Bella Vie Interiors to design joinery for our family room. We were looking for an overall solution including family storage, book shelving, study space, and entertainment centre. Lisa was prompt and professional in all communication and appointments. She listened carefully to our requirements and ideas and clearly communicated her recommendations about a workable solution in terms of design of joinery, layout within the room and colour scheme. We are extremely pleased with the final design both in terms of style and function. She has referred us to a joiner to obtain quotes and made suggestions to help us stay within our budget. “I recently renovated our kitchen and bathroom. Roslyn was very helpful throughout the whole renovation project. At the planning stage, I had many ideas which i wanted to implement for the project. Roslyn was able to harness my attention back to what I could practically achieve through open discussions. “we worked with Suzie on our holiday house in the Whitsundays so we were looking forward to working with her again on our new home. This was a complete renovation, floors to ceiling. Suzie worked closely with the architect and builder to ensure our style and required structural changes were our vision and what our family needed. Our home has a beautiful flow now, gone are the harsh 80s angles, endless pillars and bulkheads. We wanted our home to be welcoming and comfortable but also have all the amenities and technology to live our life. Some things we had definite ideas and others we knew what we wanted but not how to achieve it, Suzie would brainstorm with us and either know the solution through experience or come up with workable options. I adore every room and piece of furniture. We have a 5 star finish on our home and I credit Suzie's enthusiasm, professionalism and her incredible skills and experience.”
