“Colleen helped us with kitchen renos. She listened to what we needed, our lifestyle, our wants and then we discussed what we needed and we were, with her help, able to discern the wants from the needs. Without Colleen we would have been swimming, at times we were, but she kept us calm and collected. made us look at things from all angles, and kept us on our budget. Kitchen renos are stressful, and during all this her sense of the vision for us stayed constant and realistic. “We had Linzie help us renovate a 1923 home we recently purchased. The interior was in very rough shape and was in bad need of an upgrade. We did a complete reno of the interior (including adding a bathroom upstairs). This was our second major reno but this time selecting paint colours, tile etc. was easy thanks to Linzie's good eye and ability to listen to what we liked. Whenever we encountered an issues onsite Linzie was quick to respond which helped us avoid delaying the contractor.”

“Denise Mitchell helped us with our first small renovation seven years ago and we were so impressed with how everything went that we did not hesitate to engage her and her team’s services again for our recent major renovations. We completely changed the kitchen, family room, three bathrooms, all the windows, external and internal doors as well the main entrance to the house. Denise worked with us right from the beginning until every detail was completed. We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Denise and her team! We had some idea of the changes we would like and communicated that to Denise at our initial meeting. Denise was very perceptive and immediately understood where we were coming from. She came back with fabulous design solutions and options that were immediately pleasing to us. Her presentations were done using sophisticated software so we could visualize the spaces easily. We were able to play around with different options and make changes efficiently. She provided us with detailed drawings and plans and no detail was left unplanned.
