“10/10 recommend Kelsey for your home projects ! As new home owners, we can’t thank Kelsey enough for taking us on as clients and customizing our property to become our forever home. We took advantage of the low interest rates but found it near impossible to decide what to do with a blank slate of high ceilings and open concept rooms that were empty and without character. Kelsey promptly responded and analyzed our space beyond our expectations to correct these issues of a new build. It’s truly amazing what a professional eye can create where we struggled. She was thorough with our consultation and vetted us on color schemes and our overall vibe that we would enjoy with each season. It was important to me that the colors were earth-toned without being overwhelming or bland and she balanced it out beautifully. There is nothing more frustrating (that we came across) than getting stuck on figuring out what our growing family would require but with Kelsey, she listened and gave us a phenomenal kitchen with storage space utilization we desperately needed. Our kitchen is now an optimal hosting feature . I had so many ideas to throw at her and she directed them in ways that made the space cohesive and surpassed all of my visions. She was a tremendous asset to our design team as our small addition grew to a whole-house remodel and addition--approximately 3,000 sq. ft. single story home. Together, we transformed a simple ranch style home into a custom detailed, beautifully decorated craftsman style home inside and out. “Not only does Ava and Arlene have impeccable design taste. They will handle everything from the idea phase, to hiring the proper General Contractor, subs, over seeing the entire process and being present at the job site during the work. They did everything from A to Z. They made redecorating my home a simple breeze. From providing me my options and giving me the pros and cons of each option with various cost estimates made it easy for me to make a comfortable informed decision on every step of the process. They are extremely flexible with their service. Their contractors are also professional and very neat. They clean up after every job and make the process very convenient. “As a veteran of Silicon Valley, I have recognized that integrated platforms provide the best value for end users. What if a construction company could integrate the various disciplines associated with remodeling/new home construction into a platform like approach? Imagine having to deal with a separate architect, a separate 3D renderer, a separate interior designer, various showrooms where all care about their own individual services and products? As we look back at our experience with the Greenberg Design Gallery team together with the Greenberg Construction team; from the original concept stage, to budgeting, design, and implementation/cost trade-offs, to securing our permit, we have recognized that indeed the team at Greenberg have implemented a very efficient platform. The team is highly technical and uses state of the art architectural design tools to take their clients through the journey in a very timely manner. In fact, we believe the value we have received in the design to permit phase will eventually save us a considerable amount as we anticipate minimal changes during the build phase. Greenberg architected our new home vision in the first month, and by empowering us with their 3D modeling package, we were able to request modifications and fine tune our entire house in the ensuing two months. In parallel, we were visiting their showroom in Palo Alto (where they have a rich selection of material), and spent quality time with their interior designers to help us reach consensus on the majority of the type of finishes for our house. So in approximately three months we went from vision to design to permit and material type selection. Of course, the entire design and office team’s great attitude and genuine care ties all the loose ends. We highly recommend you visit Greenberg Design Gallery in person to assess for yourself.”

From there place, track, and ensure proper installation of whatever piece was ordered to make sure it is exactly what we wanted. “I have been working with Jennifer from The Old Painted Cottage since 2011. I had been a faithful blog reader (http://theoldpaintedcottage.com/) and admirer of her style for a long time before getting the courage to contact her to see if she would agree to a design consultation to help me revamp my living room. My husband and I had recently moved into a 1960's ranch - that still looked like it was from the 1960s! I was so frustrated with trying to "design" my house on a budget and getting nowhere – I desperately wanted and needed help. I kind of knew what I wanted to do and the styles I admired, but I had no idea whatsoever how to create it on a realistic budget in my own home. I hired Jennifer to teach me how to beautify my living room. And oh boy - I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful it was (and has been since then) to work with Jennifer! After sending her the dimensions of my living area and images of living rooms I loved (many of them here on Houzz), we scheduled and had a phone consultation and OH.MY.GOSH! Jennifer's energy, excitement, ability to translate what I wanted to the redesign of my space - and all within my budget - was incredible! One of the most amazing things about Jennifer is that she patiently taught me many interior design secrets that I never knew but have since been able to apply to my whole home (e.g., hanging drapes higher than the top of the window, displaying décor items in threes, adding pops of complementary color, etc.) Needless to say, it is 2014 and Jennifer has let me hire her to design almost every room in my house! Since 2011, I’ve had two babies and she helped me design both nurseries. Jennifer also helped me revamp my master bedroom, TV room, and the sunroom! Currently, we are doing a whole house consult on a little lake cabin my husband and I recently purchased. Overall, Jennifer is a consummate professional, her fees are ridiculously reasonable, and she is able to “get into a space” and transform it simply by looking at before photos. Jennifer is a gem! I could go on and on about Jennifer…(and I hope to meet her in person one day soon!)”

“I hired this company because I needed help on changing the look of one of the rooms of my house. It is the first room you see when you enter the house. He saw what I had in the way of pictures and that there are a lot of Japanese artifacts in the room. What he came up with was a fresher look to go with my newly refinished hardwood floors. He was very professional and we completed the job in time for my company to come in the next week. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I come up with another project for them to help me with.”
