“Sarah did an amazing job helping us with our basement renovation. We have a small space with some constraints from the original construction of the house, and Sarah nonetheless managed to create a bright and open space that doesn't feel like a basement at all. She also gave us different options at various price points for furniture, and when we wanted some modifications, she quickly turned those around and met ours needs perfectly. If we ever have another home renovation project, we'd absolutely go back to Sarah for our design needs.”

“Carra at CM Planning + Design is amazing at what she does. Carra helped us with our kitchen and living room design for a property we were renovating to rent out. Carra also graciously gave us feedback for the bathroom in this house. We are very grateful and happy that we had the opportunity to work with her. She walked into the space and immediately envisioned a layout and design for the room. She quickly, and professionally, offered feedback on site and designs were sent out in a very timely manner. Her experience in home renovations allowed her to answer all questions I asked and gave options when necessary. She worked within our budget and offered helpful suggestions when it came to making the space function but also look good. Her eye for detail is incredible and I’m very happy with the outcome. “We recently completed a major renovation on the upper floor of our bungalow. The major part of the reno was to flip the two biggest spaces where our kitchen became our new living room and our living room became our new kitchen. This idea was partly inspired by Christine but completely supported. We had done virtually nothing to our home since purchasing it in 1995 so this was a very new process for us. Christine was incredibly patient as we considered idea after idea. She had a demeanour that kept us on track and made us feel like our ideas had merit. She wanted us to take the lead on the design because it was our home. But she then took our ideas and created a picture where we could see the transformation from a project to a home. Christine made this process as easy as it could be for us. She took care of some little things along the way just when she could sense it was a little overwhelming. She was reassuring through the entire process and we felt that her genuine effort to make a personal connection made a huge difference. Perhaps the biggest compliment we can give her is that when we walked into our new home the project was completed exactly how we envisioned it. And it felt like home. Christine deserves a lot of the credit for making that happen.”

“When my husband and I decided to add a large library addition and renovate and enlarge the existing kitchen, David helped me to achieve MY vision by ensuring that the continuity of the concepts flowed throughout my home. Although I had a idea of what I wanted, I had no idea how to make it all happen. Initially I tried to take on the task myself but soon I was overwhelmed by the number of decisions that were required and was becoming less and less confident that the choices I was making would come together. David always met timelines and he worked very well with all the different trades involved. “Lynda provided various options for all aspects of the renovations.She always listened carefully to our ideas and then professionally adapted them for the best outcome.Lynda had an excellent working relations Hoy with our contractor. She has great colour sense and helped us widen our choices with results that were beyond our expectations .She also managed to incorporate our existing furniture and art work to achieve these results, only a few enhancing articles were purchased .It was a fun and satisfying experience working with her.
