“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“Delivered my dishwasher the same day I ordered it. Very attentive in helpIng me with a problem I had with the largest online business in America. My plumber showed up to install my dishwasher and after opening box discovered it was damaged. I was desperate because another dishwasher could be shipped for another month. Called this company and they bent over backwards trying to help me. I would highly recommend SR Appliances. Customer service is definitely their biggest asset. You don't get that kind of service dealing with online businesses.”

“Wonderful service! Igor came the next day at promised time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and then fixed it thoroughly, checking his work. The cost for the diagnostic visit was reasonable, and it was applied to the total cost of the repair--$120 total. Igor cleaned up the work area. It was quick, within my modest budget, and Igor was polite and energetic--didn't waste any time! I will certainly use IT IS FIXED whenever I have an appliance problem.”

“called A & R Appliances because they were the company that was referred to me by my home owners warranty. I read the bad reviews but I had no choice. Alex showed up before the scheduled time and went right to work. My freezer was clogged and the washing machine wouldn't spin or drain. It was a quick easy fix for the refrigerator and Alex was able to rig my washing machine temporarily so I could use it until the part came in. I was able to to 2 loads of laundry today. Excellent Speedy Repairs. Thank You Alex.”

When the anticipated delivery date rolled around and the order lacked the anticipated dishwasher, they substituted a more expensive one of the same make and delivered the job. We had some difficulties with a damaged hood and they remained diligent until we were completely satisfied. I would use them again!”
