“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“I have purchased multiple products from this company and each time it's been a breeze. The customer service is exceptional, timely and very friendly. I had a malfunction with my eyevac and not only did I reach a real human being immediately (I'm endlessly tired of trying to yell at a robot over the phone) but they replaced my eyevac right away. The ease with which we bought our eyevac is rivaled only by the eyevac itself. Having a lot of wood floors and a white haired dog we're always looking for ways to make cleaning easier and this not only looks great in our kitchen but it makes sweeping up the hair daily considerably easier than trying to use a dust pan. All in all I have only had great experience with this company!”

“We called Appliance Express to check on our oven. Mike, the service repairman, arrived, promptly put on his booties and checked out the oven. He was polite, cheerful and efficient. Quickly determined what the problem was and told me exactly what needed to be done, ordered the parts and when the repair could be made. Mike came back to makes repairs exactly when he said he would and repaired the oven. Best part of their service is that they give you a date and time frame, but also call you within a half hour of arrival. We will continue to use Appliance Express for our warranty work and repairs. Thank you.”
