Never pushing but deftly guiding my choices, over the course of several months we purchased a range, hood, refrigerator, washer and dryer and dishwasher for our new house and could not be more satisfied. Because cooking and baking are of primary importance, we were able to purchase my dream range at an excellent price, in part because we chose a washer/dryer on special that are highly rated but not "luxury" brands like the range. Steve sourced the range hood we wanted by coming closeout specials and factory sales, and we were able to complement the range with an equally powerful and beautiful hood. Service from Brown's was reputed to be superb, and it is! They have come out to ensure that all appliances were installed and are functioning flawlessly, and have tweaked a few things that have given me even more confidence in both my appliances and the company that provided them.”
