“Excellent experience at Newtown Sew & Vac. We knew we wanted Miele appliances for our kitchen remodel and that we wanted to buy them from a local business owner. Based on our previous experience buying Miele vacuum cleaners from Newtown Sew & Vac, we knew this was the right place for us. The owner, Sandor, is very knowledgeable about everything Miele and provides first-class customer service. We had many questions about warranty, product features, etc, and Sandor helped us select the right appliances to meet our needs. We highly recommend Sandor and Newtown Sew & Vac.”

“Just moved into a home and bought a fridge and on the freezer door had a huge dent. I called Mr. Appliance King of Prussia and they were very pleasant and very helpful. What I loved the most is that the night before I received an email with a two hour window and a phone call from the tech stating he will arrive in 20 mins . When the tech (Gary) arrived he was on time and very professional. He answered all my question that I had and scheduled a follow up appointment. They ordered my part that I need and I received a call a to move up my appointment. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILYS”

We went into the store simply for a bit of wishful thinking and the employees, aware of this fact, approached our entire visit as though we were ready to spend a bundle.
