“Top Notch! I worked with Carrie Hamm at Luwa to design a custom hood and she was incredible. She listened to everything I had to say and worked tirelessly to get it right. I wished I had gone to her from the start, it would have saved me a lot of frustration that I received at the hands of Prizer Hoods. Luwa works with Vent a hood, a manufacturer that has a patent on the magic lung which is a far superior product to the others on the market. As a chef, I been under a lot of loud hoods, and this one is as quiet as it gets! Thank you Carrie and Luwa for truly understanding what customer service is all about and valuing me as a client.”

“We contacted Jeff through Houzz and he got in touch with us first thing on a weekend morning, offering to help with the installation job that same day! He was so great - he identified a damaged part and took it out so we could phone to order a replacement part and meanwhile, he hooked up the gas and power so had use of the range while we get the new part for the vent! He stayed (again, on a weekend!) to help us with a disposal and under sink plumbing issue and again, was so helpful in giving the information we needed for a solution! I consider this a 100% successful find in a contractor that we definitely will hire again, when that new part comes in! He was so helpful, friendly, very careful of the flooring, and from a cost perspective, exceeded my expectations for service call outside of business hours!”
