“The attitude and helpfulness of the crew at this Sears Appliance store was stellar! We went into the store simply for a bit of wishful thinking and the employees, aware of this fact, approached our entire visit as though we were ready to spend a bundle. Its easy to treat a customer well when they are paying for it, but this is the kind of service that convinced us to return to make our purchase when we are ready.”

“The company replaced our roof and spouting. We asked for a proposal from their home improvements dept too for a new front porch. The roof looks incredible, they cleaned everything up- you couldnt tell they were in our yard. The porch is amazing and the price did not break the bank! Every little change we made they worked with us. Our neighbors have commented what a difference this project made to our house. We had a 1989 home that was brought up to today's standards in new housing. We would recommend this company to everyone. All the individuals that were on the job were respectful and personable!!!”

“Just moved into a home and bought a fridge and on the freezer door had a huge dent. I called Mr. Appliance King of Prussia and they were very pleasant and very helpful. What I loved the most is that the night before I received an email with a two hour window and a phone call from the tech stating he will arrive in 20 mins . When the tech (Gary) arrived he was on time and very professional. He answered all my question that I had and scheduled a follow up appointment. They ordered my part that I need and I received a call a to move up my appointment. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILYS”
