“My Deck built us a beautiful large composite deck with full metal railings, 2 sets of stairs, built in lights and a hot tub cutout and pad. They also did all the wiring for the new hot tub and handled all delivery, set up, construction, permits, inspections and cleanup. I can not say enough about the crews, and the professionalism of the team that worked at our house. To have them handle everything and turn over a BEAUTIFUL deck and hot tub without us having to do anything was a pleasure. From the time we met with the owner and drew up the plans to the end when he turned over a finished product, they were professional and courteous, and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a deck or any construction.”

He worked with us to design a custom deck that we can enjoy for years to come. The job turned out beautifully. I was shocked at how efficient a carpenter Dan Miles is and how quickly my back yard went from a small builder's concrete slab, to a fantastic cedar deck. “I know people are often looking for good contractors, and I wanted to share the AMAZING experience we had with Distinctive Designers & Builders. This is long, but worth it: https://dd-builders.com/ We recently hired them to build a mudroom, and they were professional, efficient, creative, and timely with every aspect of the project-and compared to a few other quotes we got, they were middle of the road. From day one, they were easy to get ahold of and always in communication. They showed up every morning, including Saturdays, at 7:30 and worked many days until sun down! We couldn’t believe it. The project took just over 3 weeks from start to finish. The crew was polite, professional, clean, and focused. Each time there was even a slight variation from our original contract (which often happens with projects like this), they created an addendum and we reviewed and signed it, before they proceeded. Marc, the foreman, is phenomenal. He came up with creative solutions we needed help with (the dog bowls for one), and had great rapport with his team and with us. Please PM me with any questions-but honestly this was the best experience we’ve had working with anyone, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects!”

Gus from Barrett was on our committee and he was the point man for our charity build in Brick , NJ this year. The attention to detail and flawless scheduling helped the deck build go smoothly for our recipient and for all of our volunteers. Even though we compete directly at times, I would recommend that you consider Barrett Outdoors for your next residential deck project.”

“Just finished installing the RDI railing system on a small side porch landing and staircase. I was ready to buy a competitors product when I discovered a sample of this product at a local lumber yard. I was attracted to this system because it didn't look like shiny PVC that so many similar products out there and it didn't have pre-punched holes in the top and bottom supports that make those type of products look cheap. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and was a relatively simple weekend project for me. I would highly recommend this RDI system.”
