They utilise quality tradespeople and are keen to ensure the finished product meets expectations. They came back at no cost to make some final adjustments. “Totally Outdoors provided an exceptional service from start to finish on our project. From the initial consultation to the final product they were very professional and easy to deal with. This was a complex project with three separate structures but nothing seemed too much trouble or effort for the Totally Outdoors team. Lee and Mark provided some wonderful advice on the initial design and ensured we were absolutely happy with every aspect of the proposal. Their pricing was super competitive and the quality and finish of their products are exceptional. Any alterations required were absorbed within the original quote. “I had termite damage around two large windows that were repaired. The damaged wood surrounds and trim were removed and replaced with new. The job was done quickly and affordably. The windows look like new, A set of wonky, badly repaired (by someone else) stairs were also replaced and straightened and they weren't part of the original job. Rod was friendly and professional. He worked hard, was punctual and our communication was spot on. I couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend HomeFix.”
