They were extremely helpful & very competitive on price. The standard of what we ordered is exceptional and is far superior to other products that we looked at. The guys that delivered & erected it were very friendly & polite too. Can’t fault them on any level of service or product. We are absolutely delighted & our daughter absolutely loves it. From the first phone contact through to the evaluation phone call at the end of the project to check on our satisfaction, the approach was wholly friendly and professional.. Any small issues that arose after the building of the Pod were dealt with swiftly and with courtesy. I was also amazed at how quickly the building was completed due entirely to the hard work and diligence of the craftsmen.
