“TL Landscapes is a one-man company and Tristram Minns is that one man. He is an excellent landscape gardener and has done several lovely jobs for us, including some large projects such as building garden walls, installing fencing and trellises, laying a new lawn, and designing and building a patio and steps at the bottom of our garden. His work is meticulous, his charges are extremely reasonable, and he is very reliable and pleasant to deal with. His design suggestions are spot on and he is good at finding practical solutions to the various problems that often crop up in garden projects. He is currently installing high-quality closeboard fencing and delineating our front garden into gravelled areas interspersed with a number of brick-edged plating beds. My husband and I recommend him very highly.”

“It wasn't a straightforward job. We wanted the front supports set back, and the surface roots made it very difficult to insert the post supports. Ian Ward and his sons were good natured and happily sorted out each problem. Due to their heavy workload, communication was not always easy. The initial installation was quick and efficient and completed by October 2015 as promised, but, due to problems with their suppliers, they were unable to put up the side panels with windows until December. We were very pleased with the final result, which was to a very high standard.”
