Todd was very responsive and gave us some good plans to work from and when we finally decided on the project and got it approved by HOA the work was done in an absolutely awesome and professional fashion. The crew did a fantastic job -- even the city inspector said it was the best built deck he had seen. The small and deck and porch Signature did for us was not only what we were looking for but beyond our expectations. “I had a really great experience with Loudoun Deck Repair. They were responsive to my initial inquiry and came out the next day to do the survey and estimate. Although this was a simple balcony rebuild, the original builder of the townhouse engineered a convoluted design by attaching each adjacent townhouse balcony to another. The owner of Loudoun Deck figured out a solid approach to the repair, and rebuilt a beautiful balcony which is finally up to code. The job was done quickly and on schedule. I'm really pleased with the results.”
